Claire Johnson
Founder and Chief Executive of Genie Networks
Claire founded Genie Networks in 2005. Genie Networks is a deaf-led, parent-led professional organisation based within Greater Manchester which strives to improve the quality of life for deaf people and their families. Genie Networks works in partnership with children and families to develop independence and promote a positive perception of deafness. Genie Networks is a non-political, non-campaigning organisation. Claire works in partnership with organisations to remove barriers that cause discrimination. It is Claire's belief that social inclusion, full participation in society and individual choice are fundamental human rights.
