Nigel Robertson-Talbot
25 years in the glass industry has given Nigel great insight into what is achievable. For example, in a loft extension can a shower enclosure be made to fit successfully within a sloped ceiling? This is the kind of problem that Nigel solves on a daily basis.
“All our glass and mirror products are custom-made to each individual requirement,” he says. “From the initial concept I am able to design, build and install glass structures with confidence, while also making sure they conform to current building regulations.”
Innovative products
Custom shower enclosures and screens are just one of many innovative products that Nigel supplies, as he explains: “We work in homes and business premises installing frameless internal glass doors and screens, glass balustrades fixed to the stairwell with stainless steel discs and painted glass splashbacks for kitchens. We also specialise in mirrored walls of any size for gyms, restaurants, bars and private homes.”
Service
It’s not just about clever products, however. Nigel is also a great believer in good, old-fashioned customer service. “We always treat people how we would like to be treated,” he says. “You focus on attention to detail and getting the job done – with a smile.”
Nigel on networking…
“I’ve probably done work for almost everyone at Bowdon Business Club. However, the best success story would be with the architect Jonathan Riddle from Arc Design. He has referred me to a number of builders over the years and he still uses my services on a regular basis.”
